Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But don’t worry — we’re here to help if something goes wrong.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, please email us at butter@micheletaugustin.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help us make it right, include the following:

Once we receive your message, we’ll review and offer either a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.
